Tridev Decor reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time. We will notify you of changes via the contact information provided upon your registration with our site. By continuing to access or use the website following such updates, you agree to be bound by the revised TOU. If you do not agree with the updated TOU, please discontinue use of our website.

Your access or use of our website is at your sole risk. Our website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

1. Intellectual Property and Ownership

All intellectual property rights on this website, including trademarks, logos, images, text, and content, are the exclusive property of Tridev Decor.  2. Eligibility

3. Termination of Access

Tridev Decor may suspend or terminate your access to this website if we believe you have violated these TOU. Upon termination, all content related to your use may be deleted, and you are responsible for any fees for services ordered until termination.

4. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Tridev Decor, its employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our website, your breach of these TOU, or violations of applicable law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tridev Decor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

6. Specific Terms for Interior Services

Fee Quotation and Payment:
The service fees listed on our website are estimates based on initial designs and measurements. Payments are non-refundable and made in stages:
– 10% to begin design (Non-Refundable)
– 15% before 3D presentation (Non-Refundable)
– 35% to move to production (Non-Refundable)
– 40% before dispatch (Non-Refundable)

Additional charges such as taxes and financial fees (2% credit card surcharge) are to be borne by the client.

Delivery and Completion:
After a 60% payment is received, the order will move to production and be delivered by the agreed date. Changes to the order or unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery, for which Tridev Decor is not liable.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Custom-designed items and made-to-order furniture are non-returnable and non-refundable. All payments made at each stage are final.

7. Website as a Transaction Platform

The website allows you to purchase interior services and home decor items. All commercial terms, including prices, delivery, and warranties, are agreed upon directly between you and Tridev Decor.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These TOU shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, India.
